• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and meet production targets.* Provide leadership and direction to the inventory, production, and quality teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.* Oversee inventory control processes, including ordering, receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and finished goods.* Develop production schedules and ensure timely execution to meet customer demand while minimizing inventory levels and production costs.* Establish and maintain quality control standards and procedures to ensure the highest level of product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.* Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity improvement, implementing initiatives to drive operational excellence.* Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components at the required quality standards.* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all employees.* Embrace our Lean culture and help us develop a truly joyful work environment.* Own successful execution and delivery of assigned projects for the organization in a variety of assignments.* Solve problems and provide updates to upper management.* Manage performance by coaching, counseling, training and developing employee skills while enhancing your own.* Assist with the tracking of internal and external defects and provide coaching accordingly.* Performs related duties as required.* Participate in special project work, such as (but not limited to) sales trend analysis, product testing, quality assurance, lean and continuous improvements.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations management, preferably in a similar industry.* Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.* Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Well-developed time management and multitasking skills.
• Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, especially excel.
• Basic knowledge of mathematics.* Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management system standard* Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.* Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software.* Proficiency with Therefore, Monday, and Fishbowl Inventory Software preferred* Bilingual in English and Spanish, or Vietnamese.
