We offer the opportunity to support our clients in their day-to-day communications programs, participate in brainstorming, participate in professional development, and learn how a strategic communications consultancy works.
Global Gateway Advisors is a strategic consultancy focused on helping companies, nonprofits, organizations and governments to establish, grow, enhance and protect their reputation through dialogue and influencer engagement. We work with leaders to drive engagement and build preference among key stakeholders and decision-makers.We specialize in strategic communications, crisis + issues management, stakeholder + influencer engagement, executive thought leadership and media relations.

- Lead an intern project based on your own interests and the firms needs with guidance and support from other team members.
Requirements

- Passion for global issues and the communications field.
- Solid research, writing and editing skills.
- Ability to analyze, synthesize and communicate information.
- Well-organized and strong time management in a fast-paced environment.
- Eager to learn and collaborate.
- Responsive and able to jump in where needed.
- Ability to work independently, but also a team player.
- Recent college grads and undergraduate students (preferably rising seniors).
- Previous PR or communications experience is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of other programs is a plus.
- Social media savvy, with experience using LinkedIn and other key social platforms; knowledge of social listening platforms is a plus.
Benefits
Length: June August 2025 (Exact start + end dates are flexible)Hours: Monday Friday, 40 hours per week, with early leave on Summer Fridays
Compensation: Paid Internship $20 base hourly rate
Location: New York City, Financial District

Location
Global Gateway Advisors is headquartered at 7 World Trade Center in the Financial District of New York City. We employ a hybrid flexible workplace model, with employees splitting time between the office and their remote/home location. This role is open to candidates based in New York.
