Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism
Hiring and firing staff, reviews, onboarding and training new staff
Ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the facility
Collaboration with the marketing team to promote and attract new customers

Salary: $45-55K + bonus
Job Summary of the Resort Manager: The Resort Manager will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the resorts vision and mission are met. Manage the staff and ensure the highest customer care and customer service standards.
