This position reports to the Executive Vice President, Americas. You will work alongside the VPs and Leaders of Corporate Services Depts as well as work in collaboration with the Global Operations Team lead by the COO.

The Opportunity:

In this role you will:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies, objectives, and initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability
  • Design, document, and continuously improve business processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures to streamline operations and enhance productivity
  • Drive the change management required to implement the aligned ways of working including the necessary compliance steps and reporting of same to the ExCo
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans accordingly. Management of business dashboard reporting
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to office management team, including setting performance expectations, fostering a positive work environment, and facilitating professional development
  • Collaborate with various departments, such as finance, marketing, human resources, and IT, to ensure alignment of operational activities and drive coordinated efforts towards organizational objectives
  • Identify and assess operational risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and implement control measures to minimize business disruptions and ensure compliance with regulations and standards
  • Develop and manage operational budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining service quality and operational excellence
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting innovation, seeking opportunities for process optimization, and implementing best practices and industry standards
  • Quality management including internal auditing of systems and tools used in project delivery to ISO standards
  • Contribute and input to delivery of ESG goals and supporting implementation of initiatives
  • Execute initiatives set forth by the ExCo. to align regional operations with the company’s overall direction
  • Foster and support the company culture and overall mission at the regional level
  • Stay informed of new and emerging operational technology processes, tools, and techniques within the industry and provide recommendations on best practices/processes

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in a business or related field, with 8+ years’ experience in a growing dynamic business. Experience in the construction, architecture, engineering or consulting industries is preferred!
