Customer Support Professional

This job will switch to a hybrid model after 60 days with the ability to work from home 2 to 3 days per week!

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers needing assistance with purchased products or services.
• Address customers' queries and complaints, delivering an outstanding customer service experience.
• Troubleshoot customers' issues promptly and professionally.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
• Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and process customer accounts, documenting all activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Proven experience as a customer service representative or equivalent role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in helping others.
• Experience with CRM systems (such as Salesforce).
• Ability to handle complicated situations graciously and provide effective solutions.
• Experience with upselling or cross-selling is a plus.
