Southampton Estates is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Maintenance Technician (Skilled) position. Our beautiful, gated community is located in Southampton, PA.

Job Type: Full-Time

In this role, you will be responsible for completing assigned work orders by applying general knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Supports the preventative maintenance schedule.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years of technical maintenance experience
General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and/or painting, as well as HVAC and/or grounds maintenance
EPA Certification for HVAC (preferred)
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
