Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is currently hiring for a Healthcare Member Advocate for a remote role in Corpus Christi, TX! Candidates must have experience working in a call center setting and knowledge of the healthcare field!

Hours: Must be available Monday-Sunday between 6 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Rate: $17.00 Location: Remote - in Corpus Christi, TX

salary: $16.5 - $17 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 7 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Receive inbound calls from members regarding their benefits
50+ calls per day on average, focusing on quality during these complex calls.
Research information regarding locating providers, ID cards, and help with community resources
Make outreach calls to members and providers
Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate a passion for helping others.
Handle sensitive information.
Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid is a plus
