The Successful Applicant- Holds a relevant degree, such as a bachelor's or master's, with 8+ years of experience managing equipment delivery projects.
- Knowledgeable in mining and mineral processing technologies.
- Able to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks as needed.
- Project Management certifications like PMP or CAPM are preferred.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is essential.
- Familiar with MS Project and open to learning new project management tools.
- Demonstrates strong influencing skills, independent decision-making, and a results-driven mindset.
- Works well in collaborative settings with international and virtual teams from various cultural backgrounds.
