We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst II to join our team. This role is based in Wilmington, Delaware and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Help Desk Analyst II, you will provide technical support to end users, maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software, and manage user accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues for end users with a positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Mobile Device Management
  • Familiar with mobile carrier portals (Verizon/AT& T)
  • Managing mobile devices, including deploying, configuring, and updating them
  • Implementing security policy and enforcing compliance
  • Troubleshooting and technical support for mobile device issues
  • Monitoring device status and usage and generating reports
  • User training and documentation on mobile device usage and best practices
  • Mobile device procurement and inventory management
  • Learning the latest features of iOS and Android enterprise and staying updated on MDM trends and best practices
  • Managing third party MDM vendors and ensuring SLAs are met

  • Proficiency in Active Directory is necessary for this role.
  • Experience with Apple Devices is required.
  • Knowledge of Computer Hardware is a crucial requirement.

  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 is a must.
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory will be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Windows 11 is required.
  • Knowledge of MS Windows 10 is necessary for this role.
  • Ability to work with Windows Intune is a crucial requirement.
  • Experience with SolarWinds is highly desired.
  • Familiar with mobile carrier portals (Verizon/AT& T)
