We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Warehouse Specialist in Opa Locka, Florida. This role operates within the industry of Commercial equipment and has heavy inventory and ERP involvement with an emphasis on SAP. As an Warehouse and Inventory lead you will be expected to utilize your skills to manage and analyze our inventory processes, ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize ERP systems such as SAP to manage and analyze inventory
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently as part of the inventory management process (certification requied)
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the inventory
• Implement ERP solutions to improve inventory management processes
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments regarding inventory matters
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly and accurately responding to inquiries related to inventory
• Employ effective collection processes to handle customer accounts.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Inventory Analyst or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Epic Software is required
• Experience with ERP Solutions
• Proven experience in Auditing
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in using SAP software
• Ability to Operate Forklift safely and efficiently
