Delivery Helper

Pay: $19hr + mileage reimbursement & car allowanceSchedule: Monday - Friday, Full Time, Early morning start time
DET Beverages is hiring for a Delivery Helper role in the Nashville / Middle Tennessee area. We are looking for prospective candidates with varying levels of experience that would like to join our elite team. This role supports the Transportation department by merchandising liquor stores, bars, and convenience store accounts under the supervision of a Delivery Driver.This role will be required to use a hand truck to organize beer and kegs in accounts.
Position responsibilities:
- As a Delivery Helper, you will support our Delivery Department by ensuring our products are up to date, our brands are well represented, and our presence stands out in top retail stores nationwide
- You will work closely with Class A Delivery Drivers, assisting with product handling.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
- Must be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum state legal age requirements
- Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law
Preferred Education and Experience:
- 6 months plus of general work experience
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
