Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and effectively to client requests and concerns, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Execute various administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
- Efficiently use Microsoft Excel for creating and updating reports, managing data, and conducting analytics.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure our clients’ needs are met and identify potential opportunities for additional services.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all client interactions, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and electronic communications.
- Participate in team meetings and projects aimed at improving service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, familiarize yourself with industry regulations, and stay updated on the latest trends.
- Liaise with other team members and departments to resolve client inquiries or issues.
- Monitor client accounts and take appropriate action based on account status.
- Utilize your administrative experience and knowledge of boutique investment to enhance service delivery. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or in the field of Client Services Administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
- Prior administrative experience is essential
- Knowledge of Financial Services is necessary
- Experience in a Boutique Investment setting is a plus
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and also collaboratively in a team
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
