Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, enhancing overall organizational effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
- 5+ years of HR management experience, specifically in a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Proven experience in handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
