Contracts Specialist

This position is remote but you must be able to work Pacific Time Zone hours. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience administrating contracts, prior contract negotiation experience via a playbook is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process NDAs, utilizing an established playbook process for information gathering and client communication.
• Handle SOWs and purchase orders, working closely with attorneys when necessary.
• Negotiate contract terms based on the playbook guidelines.
• Organize contracts folders and manage tracking of contracts.
• Summarize contracts as needed for easy reference and understanding.
• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency in the contract administration process.
• Draft and manage amendments to contracts as required.
• Handle redlining of contracts and manage contract negotiations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer credit applications and accounts.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with contracts
• Proficient in drafting, reviewing and amending contracts, specifically NDAs
• Demonstrated expertise in negotiating contracts via a playbook
• Knowledge of redlining processes and techniques
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
