Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

This role requires extensive collaboration with end users and the development team to manage project deadlines and deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project management activities including planning, execution, and monitoring of project tasks and deliverables.
• Utilize tools such as Atlassian Jira to track project progress and manage tasks.
• Collaborate with end users to gather and define project requirements.
• Leverage knowledge of Cloud Technologies and CRM to manage project tasks related to these areas.
• Coordinate with the development team to manage application development activities.
• Apply Agile Scrum methodologies to manage project activities and deliverables.
• Use knowledge of Change Management to manage project changes effectively.
• Utilize IT project management skills to efficiently manage project tasks and resources.
• Implement project coordination skills to ensure smooth project execution.
• Use excellent communication skills to regularly update all stakeholders on project status and changes.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management or senior consultant role.
• Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira is required.
• Experience with Cisco Technologies is desired.
• Must be familiar with Cloud Technologies.
• Knowledge of CRM systems is necessary.
• Understanding of Database management is crucial.
• Experience with 'About Time' software is a plus.
• Must be well-versed in Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in budget processes is required.
• Must have strong skills in Change Management processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
• Must have a strong background in IT project management.
• Experience in Project Coordination is necessary.
