Technology Program Manager
Department: TechnologyReports To: Director of Strategic Initiatives
Location: Atlanta, GA
Position Overview: As the Technology Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of
agile methodologies and ensuring seamless coordination across Product, Engineering, and QA teams.You will also manage relationships with IT vendors, ensuring their contributions align with project goals
and timelines. Additionally, you will support the release management process, ensuring that all
systems are deployed efficiently. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Initiatives, you will work closely
with them to prioritize and manage key IT projects across the organization.
Responsibilities and Duties: Technology Program Manager
Lead the adoption and consistent application of agile methodologies across development teams.Serve as the primary liaison between Product, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure alignment and
seamless collaboration.
Oversee and coordinate with external IT vendors to ensure their deliverables meet projectrequirements and timelines.
Facilitate the release management process, ensuring smooth and efficient system deployments.
Manage IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, withinscope, and in alignment with organizational goals.
Other Responsibilities: Ensure all technology projects and designs fit within the Technology Vision of the company.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, across departments.
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices todrive innovation within the technology team.
Other duties and tasks as outlined and given by leadership.
- This position is a hybrid role working several days in the Atlanta office every week.
