Job Description

Reporting directly into the Senior Manager, you would be responsible for the following:

  • Overseeing and improving assembly and production processes.
  • Understand developments in manufacturing and design technologies.
  • Implementing new manufacturing systems and methods.
  • Developing and executing process improvement strategies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Assessing and mitigating risks within the production process.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Senior Assembly Process Engineer' should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry and Wafer Saw or Dicing Equipment.
  • A strong technical background in manufacturing systems and processes.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and other process improvement methodologies.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
