Job Title: Patient Navigator - Treatment Coordination

Duties:

• Assist patients with navigating treatment schedules and coordinating multidisciplinary care.
• Educate patients about healthcare services and provide emotional support during appointments.
• Use Epic to manage appointments, referrals, and medical records.
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and appointment reminders.
• Interact face-to-face with patients to resolve any concerns and enhance satisfaction.

Skills Required:

• Experience in patient navigation or healthcare administration.
• Strong typing, communication, and organizational skills.

Education:

• Associate degree required.

Pay Range:

• Weekly: $1,250 - $1,500
