Primary Care Medical Provider (MD, DO, PA, NP)
Medical Provider
Provide comprehensive primary care services for Access patients in a collaborative effort with all care team members.
Required Qualifications:
- Licensed Medical Doctor OR Licensed Wisconsin Doctor of Osteopathic OR Licensed Wisconsin Physician Assistant OR Registered Nurse with License as an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber
- Board certified (or board eligible) in Family Practice with or without Obstetrics
- Insurable for liability coverage as a physician
- Evidence of continuing education, as required
- Experience with supervising, motivating, and directing medical staff
- PA/NP required qualification: a minimum of three (3) years of experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with mid-level providers
- Experience working with diverse patient population or working within a community health center
- Fluency in English and Spanish
