Accountant

The candidate will be responsible for handling Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), reconciling credit card statements, and working on payroll systems.

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processing
• Handle receipts, applications, printing checks, and creating customer statements
• Collaborate with the senior accountant for month-end procedures
• Reconcile credit card statements to ensure accuracy
• Work closely with the senior accountant and HR consultant to manage payroll systems
• Handle the transition from Acumen Book to NetSuite software, ensuring a smooth transition
• Work with ADP for payroll implementation, ensuring accurate and efficient payroll processing
• Utilize skills in Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Auditing, Balance Sheet Account, Full Cycle Payroll, Accounting Control.
• Familiarity with accounting software systems is required.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is beneficial.
• Proficiency in performing various accounting functions is necessary.
• Knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) is essential.
• Auditing skills are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with balance sheet account management is needed.
• Experience with full cycle payroll is a plus.
• Understanding of accounting control procedures is crucial.
