Your Role with the Company:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Minimal call
• APP will work in an ambulatory primary care setting seeing adult and adolescent patients
• FNP / PA will work autonomously seeing on average 20-25 patients per day

Background Profile:

• Board certified Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP or Physician Assistant / PA
• 3+ years of experience in outpatient primary care as an Advanced Practice Provider required
