Every day as a Senior Financial Analyst you will....- Act as a liaison between the Operations and Finance teams by providing program leadership with timely financial information and analytics
- Serve as a resource/subject matter expert on month end closing, financial planning and analysis, reconciliations, fixed asset record keeping and provide technical guidance.
- Prepare center budget files and monthly operation close documents
- Assure the accuracy of all financial reports prepared
- Support Accounts Payable as needed

Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania, services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP), assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training and social skills training, and approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field required; CPA preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Five years’ experience in accounts payable, accounting supportive role, or related field preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
