Responsibilities:
The Systems Administrator is responsible for application support, monitoring, and deployment within a primarily Windows based environment. Regular job responsibilities will involve supporting a variety of technologies, customer and team driven projects, handling trouble tickets on a priority basis, participation in tasks related to helpdesk and desktop support service orders required to meet customer needs.Some travel may be required. A comprehensive performance management plan will involve the identification, discussion and implementation of personal and business related objectives and goals aimed at career and team development.
- To communicate with technical and non-technical individuals and teams
- Work in a fast paced and dynamic production environment
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision
- Handle multiple tasks and projects with various and changing levels of priority
- Provide technical support and direction to individuals and teams
- Work irregular hours and on call rotation to meet business requirements

- Dependable, self-motivated, organized, strong verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications:
- Microsoft Windows Server technology for a minimum of four years
- Web Server technologies for a minimum of two years
- Azure/AWS for a minimum of one year
- Solid knowledge of networking concepts and technologies (protocols, software & HW components)
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent working

- Microsoft Certified Systems Associate (MCSA) or equivalent certification(s)
Preferred Experience:
- SQL Server
- Linux
- Kubernetes
- Splunk, SolarWinds/Orion, Scripting languages for systems management and monitoring
