Our client, a growing financial company, is currently hiring for an Outbound Call Center Representative for a seasonal tax role. This role can be located in one of the following locations: Austin, TX, Irving, TX or Rochester, NY Rate: $19.00 per hour Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST Contract Please apply online for consideration!

Responsibilities- Perform outbound tax-related calls to borrowers throughout the workday.
- Handle and address escalated customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
