- Greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival
- Assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Managing booking appointments and handling customer inquiries over the phone and in-person

- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Handling transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a customer service role preferred

- Approachable, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude
