Client is NuFarm (Direct Client) Solution Architect or Director Level Profiles Required Local Candidates are Highly Preferred Position Overview: The Data Lead is accountable for the integrity, accessibility, and appropriate usage of specific datasets.
The Data Lead collaborates with stakeholders to align data governance frameworks, improve data quality, and drive insights for decision-making, ensuring the organization leverages its data assets strategically and securely. This role will ensure that data is effectively managed, protected, and utilized to support project and business objectives while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements as a part of a successful go live.
Qualifications and Skills: Over 8+ years of experience in data management, within large-scale ERP implementations or similar technology projects. Proven experience in data strategy, management, governance, and migration, with a strong understanding of data frameworks, methodologies and tools.
Familiarity with relevant data tools (e.g., ETL, data profiling, database management, data migration), ERP systems (preferably Oracle Fusion), and end-to-end functional processes (supply chain, manufacturing, finance). Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
