Help Desk Analyst

You will be responsible for responding to tickets, assisting customers, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

• Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer issues
• Respond promptly and effectively to support tickets
• Support the help desk team with year-end project
• Utilize ticketing system for tracking customer issues
• Deliver high-quality customer service
• Work with Microsoft, Active Directory, and Mac computers
• Handle Apple devices and computer hardware
• Perform basic troubleshooting and hardware troubleshooting
• Manage configuration and deployments
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of service desk tickets and support tickets. • Applicant must have a minimum of one year experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in using Mac Computers is required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and services is essential.
• Experience with Active Directory is a must.
• Familiarity with Apple Devices is needed.
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot Computer Hardware is necessary.
• Knowledge of Configuration Management is expected.
• Experience in Deployments is required.
• Basic troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Hardware troubleshooting experience is a must.
• Proficiency in managing Service Desk Tickets is needed.
• Ability to handle and resolve Support Tickets effectively is crucial.
• Familiarity with Ticketing System is a significant advantage.
