Construction Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain client document management databases, including managing document production processes
• Draft routine legal documents for attorney review and use, including compiling and preparing draft discovery responses
• Categorize and interpret data; review and analyze documents, responses, and records produced by opposing counsel
• Coordinate and handle requests between multiple parties involved
• Handle time entry and client billing
• Use document review databases and platforms (Relativity and CaseMap preferred)
• Prepare for trials and depositions
• Bluebook citation
• Conduct Westlaw research
• Proficient in electronic filing in state and federal courts
• Attend trials preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Paralegal with litigation experience
• Experience in trial preparation is required
