We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Warehouse Lead to help us maintain smooth, organized operations in our warehouse. In this role, you’ll lead a team of dedicated warehouse associates, oversee daily tasks, and ensure that we meet our goals while maintaining the highest standards of safety and productivity.

salary: $20 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Oversee the fulfillment of full orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion of shipments.
Manage and track inventory to ensure accuracy and proper stock levels.
Utilize 3PL Central software to streamline order processing, inventory management, and reporting.
Coordinate with carriers such as FedEx and UPS to ensure on-time deliveries and shipments.
Monitor Amazon order fulfillment and ensure adherence to Amazon’s specific shipping requirements.
Operate a Reach Truck to move products safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
Ensure best practices in eCommerce order management, ensuring smooth and timely shipping for online orders.

The essential functions of this role include:
