2nd Shift Supervisor

We are currently partnering with a client located in Spartanburg that is a leading manufacturer in Powder Coating, to find an experienced and dedicated 2nd Shift Production Supervisor. This position is a direct hire opportunity that offers the chance to join a well-established company and make an immediate impact on production efficiency, safety, and quality.

education: Bachelors

• knowledge of powder coating techniques and standards.
• Proficiency in basic math for calculating production metrics and inventory levels.
• Experience operating forklifts and understanding mechanical systems related to powder coating manufacturing equipment.
• Excellent communication skills for effective team management and collaboration.

• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 35lbs
• standing for 10 hours at one time
• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
• working weekends
