Location: Nashville, TN. This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule with an expectation of 3 days in the office.

Job Summary:
Blattner Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead our financial forecasting, budgeting, and analytical efforts. The FP&A Manager will play a critical role in driving financial performance by providing strategic insights and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, analysis, and strategic planning, with the ability to communicate financial information effectively to senior management and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial planning and forecasting processes, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario analysis.
  • Design and implement a financial reporting platform
  • Provide detailed variance analysis and financial insights to senior management and business leaders.
  • Create, prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports, including analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of financial goals and business objectives.
  • Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, capital investments, and other growth opportunities.
  • Build and manage an FP&A team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including experience with complex financial models.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and corporate finance principles.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Work Schedule: Flexible hybrid (3 days in the office)
Job Type: Full-time

Compensation Range: $110,000-135,000 annually
