The pay range for this position is $60,000-$67,000 annual salary.

Responsibilities:

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic entry level Warehouse Manager to join our warehouse operations team. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to develop their leadership skills. You will learn the ins and outs of Steinhafels warehouse management, overseeing inventory control, shipping, receiving, and team coordination, all while ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training and Development: Participate in a structured training program that covers all aspects of warehouse operations, including systems, inventory management, inbound/outbound processes, and team leadership.
  • Operational Support: Managing daily warehouse activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Work closely with warehouse staff to foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Safety Compliance: Understand and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within warehouse operations and our strategic plan.
