Location: Sanford/Orlando, FLSalary: $21.00-23.00 / Hourly
Job Summary: This Hybrid HR Coordinator - Employee Relations opportunity will be reporting to the Corporate Director of Operations. The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for helping with the human resources and employee relations issues within all Elev8 Fun venues.

What You’ll Do:
- Maintains a working knowledge of company policies and procedures while working directly with venue General Managers to ensure employee compliance.
- Handles all employee relations issues in collaboration with the Human Resource Service Partner.
- Acts as a liaison between store management and Human Resources Service Partner to ensure a timely flow of information for onboarding, benefits, and payroll.
- Manages the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for frontline positions.
- Evaluate forms, such as W4, Work Opportunity Tax Credit, and I-9 for accuracy and adherence to procedure and regulatory requirements.
- Partners with Human Resource Team (Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.) to respond to employee’s questions about policies, pay, and benefits.
- Facilitates online training for new employees, which includes but is not limited to Kronos, position-related online training, and safety training.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, promoting the company and recruiting talent as part of the HR team.
- This remote position requires travel to various Florida locations to provide Human Resource Support.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field if preferred; OR a combination of education and experience related to Human Resource Management required.
- Minimum of three years of Human Resource experience is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain strict modes of confidentiality.
- Proficient in HR systems such as Workday and Dimensions.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 15 pounds.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Able to travel as needed.
Please Note: While this role has a hybrid/remote aspect, travel to and from locations will be required. You would be expected to be onsite at our locations at least 1-2x a week and could change based on business needs. Other travel would include for employee engagement functions, job fairs, etc.
