NXT GIG is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in switch technologies (Connex) to join our professional team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and workflows, ensuring that our switch systems meet client needs and business objectives.
You will work closely with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and project teams, to gather and document requirements, create functional specifications, and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business analysis within the financial or banking sector, with a solid understanding of switch and transaction processing systems. Responsibilities- Analyze business processes and systems in relation to switch technologies, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for development teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of switch technology implementations with business goals.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback on system functionalities.
- Perform impact analysis and communicate changes to project teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Provide ongoing support and expertise during project lifecycles, including testing and validation of switch systems.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to switch technologies and business analysis methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a specific focus on switch technologies (Connex) preferred.
- Strong understanding of transaction processing systems and financial services sector.
- Proficient in business analysis tools and methodologies, including requirements gathering and documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Experience in agile methodologies and project management is a plus.
