The role we are seeking is a Dispatcher, where you will play a crucial part in our operations, handling customer service calls, utilizing dispatching systems, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

• Handle incoming customer service calls and make outgoing calls as necessary.
• Utilize dispatching systems to manage service requests and coordinate with service providers.
• Troubleshoot equipment errors reported by customers and create tickets for unresolved issues.
• Process requests for parts, removals, new customers, and customer changes.
• Coordinate with Technicians, Supervisors, and Sales teams to address customer needs.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook effectively to manage tasks and communication.
• Handle a large volume of email communications efficiently.
• Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, showcasing your multitasking abilities.
• Ensure reliable transportation for on-call duties as required. • Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
• Proven skills in customer service are essential
• Previous experience in a call center environment is beneficial
• Demonstrable proficiency in dispatching is required
• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems is advantageous
• Ability to manage multiple phone lines simultaneously is needed
• Capable of providing phone coverage during specified hours is necessary
• Excellent phone etiquette is important
• Experience handling phone inquiries is required
• Proficiency in Excel is a must
• Familiarity with Excel is beneficial
• Proficiency in Word is required
