Respiratory Director Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement respiratory therapy programs.
- Train and develop a team of respiratory therapists.
- Collaborate with the nursing department to provide the residents with respiratory therapies tailored to their needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the efficacy and progress of respiratory therapy interventions and make recommendations.
Requirements:
Respiratory Director Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
- Current, valid Registered Respirator Therapist (RTT) license in the state of Illinois
- Trach and ventilator experience
- 3 or more years of experience in a respiratory role in skilled nursing
- Respiratory director experience, preferred.
Compensation details: 42-45 Hourly Wage
