Oracle HCM Product Analyst

This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders for requirement collection, solution design, and managing change and cutover activities.
• Ensure the alignment of workflows starting from assignments to payroll distribution and accounting.
• Support testing phases, including unit testing and solution reviews, to ensure the seamless functioning of the Oracle HCM system.
• Work on Jira to keep track of project deliverables and ensure timely completion.
• Play a crucial role in post-go-live support and training of the team.
• Assess existing Oracle HCM solutions to verify their alignment with the business needs.
• Work closely with the Payroll stream to refine and validate current business processes and workflows.
• Act as a bridge between the Director of Payroll, leadership team, internal technical team, and the implementation partner to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
• Leverage your functional expertise in Oracle HCM and business processes to manage the transformation of business requirements through various implementation phases. • Profound knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle HCM is essential
• Familiarity with Oracle Workflow and Oracle Streams is required
• Experience with Oracle integrations is a must
• Proven experience in the staffing industry
• Competence in staffing processes and procedures
• Ability to manage employee timesheets effectively
• Skill in creating and maintaining Business Requirement Documents is crucial
