Responsibilities:

IDEMIA is seeking a growth-oriented and collaborative VP Digital Market Leader (Growth, Product Excellence, Strategy and Innovation, and Transformation) to represent its portfolio of digital products for government and commercial customers. IDEMIA’s digital products include digital identity and identity verification solutions.
The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, energetic, and mission-oriented. This individual will support the organization's portfolio of digital projects, helping ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.

Having a growth mindset, as well as a passion for growing their business area, will be critical to this individual’s success. Growth will be a mix of organic and new markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase customer lifetime value, aiming for double-digit growth across government and commercial entities.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer success and retention, aligning with the organization's goals.
  • Customer Advocacy: Integrate customer feedback into product development and service improvements.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with R&D teams to develop new products or improve existing ones, ensuring they meet market needs.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and report on key customer success metrics, demonstrating value to stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor client success managers/program managers to ensure they are aligned with the company's goals.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Form alliances with other companies to expand market reach and capabilities.
  • Brand Management: Ensure the company's brand is consistently represented and positively perceived.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.

Qualifications:

Required Experience and Education
  • Extensive experience with the concepts and principles of sales, strategy, and transformation, and successfully managing government and commercial contracts with high customer satisfaction.
  • 10+ years of direct client/program/project management experience on government and commercial contracts.
  • 10+ years of experience in forming trusted partnerships with government or commercial organizations.
  • 10+ years of experience in supporting business development and complex mission-essential efforts with State and Local or Federal government customers.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization and utilizing shared resources to achieve program and organizational success.
  • Track record of providing direction and leadership to development teams in a cross-functional, global environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Technical background with experience bringing new capabilities to market.
  • Identity, Credentials, and Access Management experience.
  • Financial and/or Healthcare market experience.
  • Data and analytics experience.
  • Agile and SaaS development and support models.
  • Proficiency in defining and executing strategies and plans, creating KPIs to measure progress, and working with partner organizations.
  • Ability to ensure competitiveness and breakthrough strategies for new products and solutions with demonstrated success in a highly collaborative, results-oriented environment.
  • 10+ years of experience with designing, developing, and delivering technical innovations operations including mission-critical systems, software systems, and analytical solutions.
  • 10+ years of experience with developing the analysis, architecture, design, development, test, deployment, and operations of complex integration-intensive enterprise software systems or data platforms.
  • Ability to set the business strategic direction, increase resolute positioning in the market, and successfully shape and capture technology-centric work in competitive solicitations.
  • Ability to manage risk and achieve preferred outcomes in an exciting environment under challenging terms and conditions.
