Production Supervisor - Nights
Position Overview:

We have an immediate need for a Full-time Night-Shift Production Supervisor at OSI Plastics located at 2575 Ferris Road, Columbus, OH 43224.
As a working supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our night shift employees have the training and resources needed to perform their duties safely and effectively. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supervising team of Operators in plastic extrusion plant
- Maintaining a safe working environment through training, enforcement, and leading by example
- Monitoring and adjusting to ensure our production and quality targets are achieved
- Troubleshooting and resolving production issues that may arise
- Collaborating with other supervisors to continually improve operations
The schedule is currently 10 pm to 6 am, Monday through Friday. This is subject to change with business needs.

We offer a competitive base pay, starting at $25 per hour plus $2 shift differential, that’s paid weekly. Requirements- High school diploma or GED
- Proven success in a production leadership role, as typically acquired by 2 or more years of experience as a lead or supervisor
- Strong technical knowledge of plastic extrusion
- Unwavering commitment to safety
In addition, this position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods, and ability to see distance, up close, and in color. There will be exposure to heat, noise, and dust.

Pay Range: Starting from USD $25.00/Hr.
