Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Door and Window Production Specialist to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the manufacturing process of doors and windows, ensuring both efficiency and quality in our production line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of small and large machines used in the production of doors and windows.
- Work efficiently on door and window assembly lines to meet production goals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and effective production processes.
- Inspect all products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet our high standards.
- Consistently lift and handle materials weighing 25+ lbs as part of your duties.
- Perform machining tasks required for hardware installation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Ability to operate and maintain production machinery.
- strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Capability to lift and handle materials of 25+ lbs.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.

Responsibilities
