Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive engineer submissions, including accurate and detailed
software.
- Review and evaluate submittal documents, ensuring compliance with engineering
- Order and manage materials, specifically DI, PVC, and SSTL piping, required for
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers,
timely completion.
- Utilize field surveying equipment when necessary to support project activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in
construction management and engineering techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering Technology is
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in water and wastewater treatment plant
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD, BIM, and Bluebeam software for preparing field
- Familiarity with ordering and managing DI, PVC, and SSTL piping.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review and analyze submittal
- Experience with field surveying equipment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.
