Assess current or future customer needs and priorities by communicating directly with customers, conducting surveys, or other methods. Initiate, review, or approve modifications to project plans. Schedule and facilitate meetings related to information technology projects.
Direct or coordinate activities of project personnel. Identify need for initial or supplemental project resources. Develop or update project plans for information technology projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.
Perform risk assessments to develop response strategies. Identify, review, or select vendors or consultants to meet project needs. Establish and execute a project communication plan. Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of information technology projects.
Monitor the performance of project team members, providing and documenting performance feedback. Assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel. Work within an Agile framework, with a focus on results over process.

Position is fixed based in Parsippany, NJ office; however, telecommuting up to one (1) day per week from a home office location is allowed.
40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pmSix (6) years of experience in cloud-based web and backend system development. Experience must include:
Six (6) years of experience in each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently):- Database application development and performance tuning (RDBMS)
- AWS services including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and Cloud watch
- Architecting, building, and managing applications on the AWS platform
- Migrating enterprise level legacy application to modern cloud-base web technology
- Leading a team of engineers and experience implementing and managing global enterprise-wide applications
- Experience in large systems software design and development experience, including experience in building backend applications and integration with backend APIs.
- Node.js and Python, including writing efficient code, troubleshooting code issues, and managing code deployments
- Data Management experience
- Experience in Data and Log Analytics using scripting tools in Linux Shell and Reporting tools in Microsoft PowerBI, AWS QuickSight
- Experience in networks to set-up DNS (Domain Name System), Firewall setup, NAT Gateway, Amazon VPC configuration, Security Group configuration and protocols including TCP/IP, HTTP(S) and FTP
