We are seeking a Staff Accountant in Addison, Texas. Responsibilities:- Accurately process and record journal entries
- Conduct bank reconciliations on a regular basis
- Maintain and manage the general ledger
- Post cash transactions and monitor customer accounts
- Assist with the month-end close process
- Prepare and manage purchase orders
- Handle sales and use tax matters
- Utilize software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP
- Apply Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) principles in daily tasks
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and management
- Must possess proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)
- Required to have skills in Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Must be able to perform Bank Reconciliations
- Adeptness in General Ledger management is necessary
- Should have experience with Journal Entries
- Must be efficient in performing Month End Close
- Experience with SAP is preferred
- Experience with OneStream is preferred
