Do you like to serve others by using your excellent listening and problem-solving skills? As a CIS (Corporate and Institutional Services) Support Specialist in Warsaw, IN you will:
- Assist in a variety of tasks involving the monitoring the CIS telephone queue to assist clients with questions related to all CIS products and services.
- Monitors the CIS inbox and replies to emails and voicemails from business clients and branch staff regarding CIS products and services.
Basic Qualifications Include:
- Warm, friendly, and professional telephone etiquette.
- Understanding of bank operations and bank policies and procedures.
- General office skills including proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Two years of banking experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Hours:
Monday-Friday: 8:00-5:00
