About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Intune across our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of device management solutions, strong project management skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Drive the full lifecycle of the Intune implementation, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to define project requirements, establish priorities, and manage expectations.
  • Technical Oversight: Work closely with technical teams to design and implement Intune policies for device management, application deployment, and endpoint security.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to address them proactively, ensuring project success.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure that the Intune solution adheres to organizational security policies, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and technical guidelines.
  • Training and Change Management: Facilitate training sessions and provide support to ensure smooth adoption of Intune by end users and administrators.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience managing technical projects, with a focus on IT infrastructure or software implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and related Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM), endpoint security, and application deployment strategies.
  • Solid understanding of IT compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR) and security principles.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with enterprise-scale implementations in hybrid environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
