Your responsibilities- Cooperates with Product Owner/Product Manager to assure that the product vision and high-level business objectives are evident and realistic
- Grants detailed reporting to management on project status, milestone completion, and risk assessments
- Be instrumental in managing dependencies among cross-product teams
- Contributes to identify, classify, and manage risk for functional improvement requests
- Directs deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Dev Ops, and Product Owner- Acquires information from technical leads, QA leads and business analysts into counsel
- Assembles with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects
- Indicates project with reliable ticket workflows and boards
- Supervises project planning
- Coordinates the daily stand-ups, ensuring they are focused, timely, and brief
- Work closely together with the Product Specialist, Product Owner/Product Manager, Business Analyst, and QA Manager
- Plots and conducts the sprint planning and grooming meetings and tracks ticket assignments
- Determines and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner
- States the RACI matrix for projects in a product line
- Encourage the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products
- Collude with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap
- Verify that the functional requirements are tracked, met, and achievable
- Behaves as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, ensuring the team is working effectively, and leading scrum ceremonies
- Places schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines
- Works with and communicates with technical team members, designers, stakeholders, and developers - Knowledge of utilizing resource tools to manage capacity, forecast, demand and allocation of people
- Skilled in technical applications including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, etc.) and JIRA or similar application
- Skilled in leading Agile delivery teams, projects and programs
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of education and work experience
- Experience leading medium to large custom and/or complex software development and/or implementation projects
- Experience managing complex technology and cross-functional projects
