Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve collections for domestic and international accounts.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve past due accounts.
- Communicate collection issues with Supervisors, Customer Service, and Sales.
- Research payments, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage the collections inbox.
- Escalate critical issues and handle audit/ad hoc requests.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
- Experience in high-volume, manufacturing/wholesale credit & collections.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- MS Dynamics is a plus.
This role follows a hybrid schedule: four days in the office and one day remote.
