Project Manager

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Project Manager in Juno Beach, Florida. The Project Manager will be expected to provide technical direction on projects, plan and coordinate complex projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines, and maintain a thorough knowledge of new developments and/or technology pertaining to the projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of technical solutions, such as the Origami Claims System
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with management and stakeholders
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including resources, timelines, work breakdown structures, risk mitigation, and contingency plans
• Coordinate communication with stakeholders, team members, and vendors to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives and deliverables
• Utilize project management software to schedule tasks, track progress, and allocate resources efficiently
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and team members to gather business requirements and ensure mutual understanding between vendor and team
• Lead project team members and establish an execution strategy to ensure successful delivery of project outcomes
• Regularly report to key executive stakeholders on project status, risks, issues, and performance metrics
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and updated regularly
• Manage relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of technical solutions
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing
• Resolve escalated issues promptly and effectively to minimize project risks and ensure goals are achieved • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively convey project details and updates to team members and stakeholders
• Proven experience in management, demonstrating the ability to lead a team and oversee project processes
• Strong reporting skills, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
• Proficient in planning, including the development and execution of project plans and schedules
• Understanding of standard procedures within project management, and ability to implement them effectively
• Experience with planning processes, including risk management and quality assurance
• Familiarity with budget processes, including budget development, monitoring, and control
• Skills in scheduling, ensuring project tasks are completed on time and within budget
• Demonstrated expertise in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery
• Knowledge of insurance processes, specifically in relation to project risks
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team
• Experience working with vendors, including selection, negotiation, and relationship management
• Ability to troubleshoot project issues and implement effective solutions
• Experience with onboarding new team members and providing necessary training
• Knowledge of claim administration processes within a project context
• Proven track record in implementation of project deliverables
• Experience in staffing, including team formation, development, and management
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals
• Experience working with C-Suite level executives, understanding their needs and expectations
• Proven ability to manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of project resources
• Experience with KPI reporting, able to provide clear and accurate project performance data
• Experience with migration projects, including planning, execution, and management
• Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to identify project needs and develop solutions
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
