Job Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Duties: Greet and assist visitors, clients, or employees in a courteous and helpful manner.
- Bilingual Communication: Answer and direct phone calls and correspondence in both English and Spanish.
- Scheduling: Manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, or conference room bookings.
- Data & Record Keeping: Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks efficiently, including screening calls and managing inquiries.
- Customer Service: Address client or visitor inquiries and resolve issues promptly or direct them to the appropriate individual or department.
- Administrative Support: Assist with additional tasks requested by the team, such as preparing reports or updating databases.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both.
- Experience: At least 1–2 years of receptionist, administrative, or other customer-facing experience preferred.
- Technology Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and comfortable learning other office software.
- Organization Skills: Strong ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, professional demeanor, with superior customer service abilities.
- High School Diploma/GED: Required. Higher education is a plus.
