You’ll ensure timely completion of tasks while presenting findings in clear, professional reports. Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Advanced understanding of PCB designs, test methods, and SMT assembly processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional presentations.
• Ability to analyze circuit diagrams and perform detailed troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate results.

Preferred Experience:

• Hands-on experience with X-ray equipment, microscopy, and CAD for 3D printing.
• Familiarity with IPC test methods and advanced failure analysis techniques.
• Background in forensic analysis and product validation for circuit assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Oversee lab testing projects from inception to completion, meeting deadlines and objectives.
• Testing & Validation: Utilize advanced tools and techniques to conduct forensic analysis, validate product performance, and troubleshoot failures.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports to communicate findings effectively.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth execution of projects and alignment with objectives.
• Technical Expertise: Apply knowledge of PCB designs, SMT assembly processes, and technical tools to drive success.
